All products must be installed by a competent person with appropriate knowledge and experience in vehicle electrical systems, or by a qualified auto electrician. Installation by an unqualified or incompetent person will void this warranty immediately and in its entirety.

For the purposes of this policy, a "competent person" means an individual who has the necessary skills, knowledge, training, and experience to safely install automotive systems, including the ability to correctly interpret wiring diagrams, manage vehicle electrical systems, and comply with applicable road vehicle regulations.

We strongly recommend that all installation work is carried out by a qualified auto electrician who is registered with a recognised professional body (e.g. a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry or equivalent).

We may request evidence of installation credentials when assessing a warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover any costs associated with the removal (de-installation) or re-installation of the product, whether as part of a warranty claim or otherwise.

Any labour costs, vehicle downtime costs, or associated expenses incurred in removing a defective product or fitting a replacement are the sole responsibility of the customer.
